The Victorian Government, under Jacinta Allan’s leadership, has introduced new taxpayer-funded guidelines that ask children as young as five to choose their pronouns – he, she, or they – in public libraries.
The ‘Rainbow Toolkit’ directs library staff to use non-gendered language, offer pronoun badges, and promote drag story time events, while encouraging the inclusion of gender diversity books and discouraging “assumptions” about gender or sexuality.
It’s essential to stand up for our children’s innocence and protect them from harmful ideologies in public spaces. Children should not be burdened with radical gender theory at such a young age. Public libraries should be places of learning and growth, not indoctrination.
Please act now to send a message to Jacinta Allan demanding she keep libraries safe for kids.
