The Termination of Pregnancy (Terminations and Live Births) Amendment Bill 2024 ‘Live Births Bill’ was intorduced by Ben Hood MLC. The Bill aimed to ensure that babies from 28 weeks’ gestation would be delivered alive rather than aborted.
